Staying In My Lane

All of us evolve at a different rate and speed.

Some don’t evolve at all.

Therefore, I try to be mindful of how I interact with and handle these people.  On the outside, it seems easy to see if a person needs therapy, healing or help.  I have learned the hard way, this person does not see the situation as a problem.  Therefore, I must keep my mouth shut.

When a person isn’t ready, even if my intentions are good and advice is wrapped with compassion  – it will come across as white noise.  And most importantly, without the life experience, they will not understand what I am trying to say.

I am learning leave people alone.  Let them muddle in their own puddles.

In the meantime, you will find me minding my own business and evolving in my own lane.
