{"id":634,"date":"2023-01-10T19:44:01","date_gmt":"2023-01-10T19:44:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prolificpreambles.com\/?p=634"},"modified":"2023-01-10T19:48:42","modified_gmt":"2023-01-10T19:48:42","slug":"random-rants-for-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/prolificpreambles.com\/?p=634","title":{"rendered":"Random Rants for 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Much of what I feel and focus on is understanding what it is, why it happened, and how I can fix and move forward in a different format.\u00a0 Do I question it all?\u00a0 YES, is that healthy?\u00a0 For me, YES, again.\u00a0 Breaking down false beliefs about myself or situations to build a solid personal foundation based on my true thoughts is what knowing myself looks like.\u00a0 It offers me peace of mind and stability, a sense of true self.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I continue to recognize that when something comes or someone doesn\u2019t align with my beliefs, values, or desires, I simply say no, that isn\u2019t for me.\u00a0 Breaking down and thinking about who I am and what I need is beyond empowering and brings contentment.\u00a0 Although, my toxic trait that has not left is I still get mad about old pain even if I have moved past it.\u00a0 Because I still don\u2019t understand why I deserved it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I promise you this. You must catch me while I care&#8230;once I stop caring, I am a whole different person. I also think there\u2019s a point in one\u2019s healing journey where you stop trying to convince others to do the right thing.\u00a0 Lately, I have been observing their choices, understanding their character, and deciding if I will continue allowing them in my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or maybe the journey isn\u2019t so much about becoming anything.
